What do I need to do?
You simply send us a request to book an appointment, and from here we will complete our script in order to receive the information you would like your AI Agent to know. This is the information that the caller can enquire about while on the call
How long does it take to set up?
The duration can take between 2-3 weeks depending opn the complexity of the agent and your needs. These things do take time, as you need to make sure you have all the correct details uploaded.
What information do I need to give you?
We require a small script/ form of all of the relevant information about your business incl names, address, emails, and some information about your company that would be relevant to anyone phoning your company. Our service also collects the information from your website for use in the phone call also.
What customer service do you offer?
We are always there for you. Just tell the agent what you are calling about and they will let us know! from here, we will get in touch through mail or phone.
Do you accept walk-ins, or do I need an appointment?
We are not showroom based so meeting with us will have to be arranged.
