Glad.ie services are not intended for individuals under 18. However, minors may technically be able to call numbers used for demonstrations or services. Where this occurs, any call charges are the responsibility of the caller and their telecommunications provider.

2. Data Controller

For services provided directly by Glad.ie, Glad.ie is the Data Controller.

For services provided on behalf of our business clients, Glad.ie acts as a Data Processor and processes data strictly under instructions of the client company.

Messages, files, and inputs shared with AI agents

5. AI Processing & Third-Party Technology

When AI features are used, information may be processed by trusted AI technology providers solely to deliver the requested functionality.

Unless otherwise explicitly agreed in writing:

Data processed for a client belongs to that client

Information received on behalf of another company is not used by Glad.ie for Glad.ie’s own purposes

Customer data is not used to train public AI models

Limited human review may occur only for support, training quality, or system improvement

7. Call Recording Policy

Some Glad.ie-powered phone systems may record conversations.

Call recording is enabled only where the client (sub-account owner) allows it.

Where recording is enabled, recordings are retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted.

Recordings may be accessed by:

The Glad.ie client (sub-account owner)

Glad.ie staff where necessary

Recordings may be used for:

Service quality assurance

Understanding customer needs

Tailoring AI agent behaviour and responses

Where legally required, callers will be notified that recording may occur.

8. Data Retention

Data is retained only for as long as necessary for:

Service operation

Business requirement

Legal or regulatory compliance

Call recordings are retained strictly for 30 days, unless a legal requirement necessitates longer retention.

Subcontractors supporting service delivery

We do not sell or commercially trade personal data.
